Act for Peace Event
In 2022, Filippo Tincolini donated the marble artwork "Petroleum" for a charity auction at the Tunnel Riva in Monte Carlo during the “Act for Peace Gala,” organized by Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Italia and Medici con l’Africa Cuamm. This organization aims to promote and defend the health and well-being of populations in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The evening, hosted by Neri Marcorè, featured a charity auction conducted by Cristiano de Lorenzo, Managing Director of Christie’s Italy. The auction offered not only artworks but also exclusive experiences provided by the event’s partners.
The funds raised will enable the two associations to continue their concrete projects focused on peace and the respect of human rights, particularly the right to education and the right to health.
The auction, managed by Christie’s Italy, saw contributions from internationally renowned artists and sponsors, including Paul Ger-ben, Ortwin Klipp, Mimmo Paladino, Stefano Conticelli, Riva, Ginori, Gucci, Perrier Jouet, Jamin, and others.
