Filippo Tincolini, in collaboration with Liquid Art System, is organizing an event exhibition in Capri with an installation that will be unveiled only on the opening day, Thursday, August 1st at 6:30 PM.
The works of Filippo Tincolini live from the encounter between aesthetic care, in respect of the canons of classical sculpture, the millenary traditions of the Carrara workshops, and the amazement in front of something “other than us” that, coming towards us, questions and challenges us, offering us a possible way out of the labyrinth of life. In this, Filippo Tincolini is a true artist because he accomplishes the very difficult task of: "Going beyond measure within measure," a task assigned to himself by the writer Albert Camus. The "measure" is in the profound historical and artistic knowledge, "beyond measure" because he takes on the responsibility of answering the questions that we have always asked ourselves in our "being in the world."
