"With Human Connections Filippo Tincolini addresses the theme of human relationships in an increasingly interconnected world. The artist creates a parallel between our history, sculptural classicism and the symbols of pop culture and modernity. Representations that pervade us through digital media to become part of our collective imagination and take root in our cultural heritage. The materials used, such as marble and bronze, have been worked for generations in the Apuan-Versilian district, where the dialogue between craftsman and artist creates a fusion between tradition and innovation, overcoming ethnic, religious and cultural barriers. Outside the walls of Pietrasanta, the resin sculpture Spaceman Light Blue, over four meters tall, welcomes visitors like a modern Colossus of Rhodes, positioned in front of one of the historic gates of the city.
